ANTHONY PECK - DIRECTOR

Anthony has over 11 years experience working in the property industry and specialises in the acquisition and development of land and property assets. He is always looking to maximise the potential of a property asset to enhance possible returns.

He was instrumental in the creation of a Student Accommodation Fund in 2013 which was then sold to a Private Equity company and since then has acquired a number of development opportunities, secured planning and enabled in excess of £260m Gross Development Value of development.

During his time in the real estate industry, Anthony has worked the full property transaction cycle in commercial, residential and quasi residential sectors. Anthony is passionate about property development and investment and has an extensive network of contacts in the property and debt markets in the UK.

Anthony is also a non-executive director of the Really Local Group, a regeneration platform that promotes the local arts and culture scene through the provision of bespoke and contemporary high street community spaces.

Prior to launching his real estate career, Anthony graduated from the University of Newcastle with a History degree. On graduating, he trained with GL Hearn, working in their main London office whilst simultaneously completing his Real Estate MSc in Estate Management at London South Bank University. Anthony is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.

Anthony lives in London with his wife and young daughter and enjoys rugby - watching now rather than playing - skiing, and spending time with his family.
