MARKAT Developments will invest in locations that are well known to us, have a distinction from the wider market, for example due to pending infrastructure improvements or a demonstrable supply and demand imbalance.
We will effectively manage our experienced development teams on each project, communicate with planning officials and other key stakeholders to achieve the best development schemes for the local community and investors.
